Why banana and cinnamon?
Its main ingredients are bananas and cinnamon. - 1 banana;
- ½ tsp of cinnamon;
- 1 liter of water.
How to prepare it: boil the water in a small pot and then cut the banana’s ands, adding it into the boiling water. Boil this mixture for 10 minutes and then strain it in a tea cup. Add a pinch of cinnamon for better taste. Drink it 1 hour before going to bed.
